Before joining Cunningham Clinic, Erica led health services at Ageless Men’s Health in Denver, Colorado. In that role, she led clinical and operational functions for a high-volume hormone optimization clinic while managing more than 200 patient encounters each week. Her experience includes male and female hormone replacement therapy, testosterone therapy, GLP-1 medical weight loss programs, peptide-based treatments, Botox injections, wellness injections, and individualized laboratory monitoring.

Erica previously worked as a travel registered nurse and acute-care nurse in orthopedic, trauma, surgical, internal medicine, and progressive-care settings. She is known for combining extensive clinical experience with personalized, outcomes-focused care that helps patients improve their health, confidence, and overall quality of life.
