At Cunningham Clinic, a year of pellet visits runs $1,185+ for women and $1,700+ for men, paid per insertion. Gold membership includes every pellet visit for the year — $2,077 annually for women, $2,557 for men, which also covers labs, prescriber time, APOE testing, and the aesthetic benefits. Pricing elsewhere in Denver varies; ask any clinic what a full year costs, not what one insertion costs.

Yes. Call us. If you start on GLP-1 therapy and later decide to add pellets, we'll adjust your membership rather than making you start over.

Lab draws may be achieved remotely through a LabCorp location near you (excluding New York or New Jersey who will need to travel to a nearby state to utilize LabCorp due to laws in those states).  Pellet insertions, Sculptra treatments and IPL only happen in person at 695 S Colorado Blvd. Some prescriber visits can be telehealth, but our Gold membership doesn't work as a remote-only arrangement.  Client interested in our Silver membership may be able to be served via telehealth and may not need to complete in-person visits.

It depends on what you'll do with the answer. If a result would sharpen your preventive plan — lipids, blood pressure, metabolic health — it's useful. If you'd rather not know your genetic risk status, that's a legitimate choice and the test is optional. We'll talk it through before we draw it.

Yes, and we'd rather you hear them from us. As with any medication or medical intervention there are risks of doing and risks of not doing.  ACOG recommends against pellets as a routine route for testosterone, citing limited safety data and the fact that a pellet cannot be removed once placed.⁶ (either remove the "6" or add the citation) Compounded preparations aren't FDA-approved, and dosing can vary. Pellets are one option among several, and we discuss FDA-approved alternatives with every patient who asks about them.  If pellets aren't right for you, we'll tell you.  Pellet based hormone replacement therapy has been available for almost 90 years, predating the FDA by decades and may be a viable option for candidates of hormone replacement therapy.
