Certain labs and testing require specialized equipment or specific lab draw tubes. By adding on specialty diagnostic testing to be drawn at a LabCorp facility, we can now offer an expanded diagnostic collection of testing including Alzheimer’s genotyping and cardiac risk diagnostic testing.
To control pricing as a clinic that is not “in network” with insurance companies, we contract with LabCorp under a negotiated discounted pricing umbrella. You cannot use your insurance when utilizing Cunningham Clinic for labs as insurance rates are not under our control and are often thousands of dollars higher than our negotiated prices.
LabCorp is now able to offer hormone labs results utilizing Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LCMS/MS Assay). This is a much more accurate and specific way to measure sex hormones and allows Cunningham Clinic to tailor care to each specific client’s original levels as well as how s/he responds to treatment.
Most LabCorp locations have lifted the appointment restrictions enacted during Covid so you should be able to simply walk in with your photo ID.
