Call our front desk at 720-650-4660 to register with Cunningham Clinic. Our friendly staff will guide you through the process!
Set Up Your Comprehensive Lab Draw
To begin evaluating your wellness, the first step is to obtain blood work from a local LabCorp location or from our clinic. Please note that you will need to pay for your initial set of labs upfront. Once the payment is processed, we will send your lab order to you and directly to LabCorp, or you can schedule an appointment to visit our clinic for your blood work.
Schedule Your Consultation
Finally, schedule a consultation appointment with Cunningham Clinic during your registration phone call. This is where our providers will review your lab results and discuss the best tailored plan for you.

Registering With The Clinic
When people consider Cunningham Clinic for functional medicine, longevity, or hormone balancing, our process is divided into manageable steps. This allows patients to take the information, results, and recommendations back to their primary care provider at natural break points, or stay and receive care at Cunningham Clinic. Many practices like ours bundle all of this into one large, initial fee, but we prefer our structure to expand access to this kind of functional medicine and longevity care.
Setting Up Your Comprehensive Lab Draw
The Getting Started lab panel cost includes the labs themselves, the lab draw fee (which is the same whether drawn here at the clinic or at a LabCorp location near you), an extensive provider review, and a letter with the provider's written recommendation. We thoroughly review the labs and explain the findings and our recommendations for optimal health in writing.

For clients who want to continue with Cunningham Clinic and start a plan of care, or who want to discuss their findings further, we begin with an initial one-hour consultation for new clients. That is a full hour with one of our prescribers to review the individual's health history, medications, surgeries, family history, diagnostic screenings, and goals, and develop a plan of care to help that person achieve their wellness goals. That full hour with a prescriber costs $300. We take the time to work with clients to create a clear, customized, personal plan of care to help people get on their way to living a healthier life.

To further explain those natural break points above: Some patients stop after the lab draw and written recommendations, taking that information back to their primary care provider. Some patients come in for the one-hour consultation and then take those additional recommendations back to their primary care provider. Most often, patients start a plan of care with Cunningham Clinic after their one-hour consultation because they weren't getting what they needed or wanted elsewhere. We are happy to support you with any or all of those steps, whatever works for you.
