-Avoid skin irritation or intentional skin tanning for 2 weeks prior to your treatment
-Discontinue any irritant topical agents for 3 days prior to your treatment (like Retinols)
-Arrive for your treatment with clean skin – no lotion, make-up, perfume, powder or bath shower/shower oil on the skin in the area to be treated
-Avoid any anti-inflammatory medications (aspirin, ibuprofen, Aleve, Motrin, etc.) unless prescribed by your provider

After treatment of morpheus8
-You will likely experience redness for 1-3 days; however, for more aggressive treatments, this may last longer
-Skin may crust and peel for - days depending on the treatment
-Treat your skin gently, avoiding scrubbing or trauma to the treated areas
-There are no restrictions on bathing, but avoid the pool, hot tub, lake, or ocean until the redness resolves
-Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks after your treatment
-After 24-28 hours, use sun block SPF 30+ at all times
-Multiple treatments over a period of several months may be required to achieve the desired response
-Avoid anti-inflammatory medications (aspirin, ibuprofen, Aleve, Motrin, etc.) for one week after your treatment, unless prescribed by your provider
-Call your provider if you experience pain, prolonged redness, or any sign or symptom of infection
